Salary Range: INR 65,000 – INR 1,00,000 Per month. (based on experience)
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and efficient Garment Production Manager to oversee and lead the entire garment manufacturing process—from raw material planning to timely production and quality assurance. The candidate must have deep knowledge of garment manufacturing, team leadership, vendor management, and compliance with quality and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise all aspects of garment production, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Monitor workflow, production schedules, and manpower to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with the design, merchandising, quality control, and logistics departments.
- Handle vendor negotiations and manage subcontracting units as needed.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any production-related issues.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations on the production floor.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 11–15 years of hands-on experience in garment production management.
- In-depth knowledge of stitching, cutting, finishing, and garment construction processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command over production software and MS Office tools.
- Experience working with both in-house and outsourced production units.
