Job Responsibilities
- Visit companies, factories, offices, consultancies, institutes, and business organizations for business development.
- Coordinate with HR departments, management teams, and business owners to promote company services.
- Generate leads and approach new clients for sales opportunities.
- Promote job posting packages, recruitment solutions, premium hiring services, and branding opportunities offered by the company.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct field visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by management.
- Maintain daily sales reports and client database.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support.
- Handle client queries and provide proper service support after sales.
- Expand company presence in local and regional business markets.
Sales Target & Performance Policy
- Employee will be assigned a fixed monthly sales target of approximately ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees).
- Performance will be reviewed on a monthly basis.
- Failure to achieve the assigned sales target may result in:
- Salary revision,
- Incentive reduction,
- Performance warning,
- or salary deduction as per company policy and management review.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong field marketing and B2B sales approach.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer, internet, and CRM knowledge.
- Self-motivated and confident personality.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant sales experience.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, marketing, recruitment, consultancy, or job portal sales preferred.
