Embroidery Sales & Marketing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a young, energetic, and creative intern (preferably NIFT student/graduate) for Embroidery Sales & Marketing. This internship offers practical exposure in promoting embroidery fabrics, designs, and services in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Assist in promoting embroidery fabrics, designs, and job-work services
• Support visits to garment manufacturers, boutiques, and traders
• Help generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain relationships with existing customers

Product Knowledge & Coordination:

• Learn different types of embroidery (sequence, thread work, zari, etc.)
• Assist in explaining designs and fabric suitability to clients
• Coordinate with production team for sampling and order updates
• Follow up on orders and delivery timelines

Marketing & Branding:

• Assist in creating design catalogs and sample presentations
• Promote products through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
• Support in exhibitions, client meetings, and product showcasing

Client Handling:

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options
• Assist in handling inquiries and basic pricing discussions

Market Research:

• Track latest embroidery and fashion trends
• Study competitor designs and pricing

Reporting & MIS:

• Maintain daily activity reports
• Update inquiry and client data in Excel

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi is a plus)
• Interest in fabrics, fashion, and embroidery
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Willingness to travel locally

Candidate Profile:

• NIFT student/graduate preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Age: 18–25 years preferred
• Smart, confident, and eager to learn
• Passion for fashion and textile industry

Working Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Location: Bhiwandi (Kasheli / Kalher Industrial Area)
